i need to know how to get the mods of the site and on my game please

First go to mod which you want to download,press bar where says Files (and download file under)...
...now to install mod press right click on file you downloaded,(you must have Winrar program) go to Extract files...
(new screen opens)...go to browse,find where is your Oblivion folder is,and extract it to Data...

...And last thing you must do is,start game,go to Data Files,put checkmark beside .esp file,and press OK.

What version of Winrar will i need? Will the trial version suffice or will i need to buy the full version?

The trial version will work fine. But I recommend getting the FREE version of 7zip as that is what most mod authors use to zip their files.
