ok, im not getting a geforce fx5200 anymore, for a clear reason, Radeon 9000 is better, just no DX9 which i dont care about, but ive never seen the radeon drivers in work, so im a little stumped, the benchmarks used on them dont help and i need help from you radeon peopel, even if your not and you know, your help would be greatly appreciated.
also, i only intend to play morrowind 1024x768 and maybe the draw distance over %50

no performance hit with AA on, except by 6x
pixel shaders have no performance hit either

Yeah, pixel shaders don't cause much performance slow down. Don't know what AA is 
but if you want to give your graphics card a challenge, you should try viewing Iredior, lengthways in the CS 
that's enough to strain the sturdiest of PCs
