I hope this thred stays this is where you can post your saved game all you need is is winzip or winrar I RECUMEND WINZIP!. winzip ---> http://www.winzip.com or winrar ----> http://www.rarlab.com/.

after you install it go to my computer>C:>program files>Bethesda Softworks>Morrowind>Saves right click the saved game you want and right click it and hover the curser over winzip the click add to winzip file then click add its really simple

when a user like my self post a saved game all you got to do is download it from the site then when you open the winzip file sometimes it open with out you opening it. go to my computer>C:>program files>Bethesda Softworks>Morrowind>Saves and drag the file from winzip in to the save file. even easyer then posting one.

I didn't download it, 'cause I wouldn't be able to use it, because I can't transfer it because.... Ah its a long story...

No no, I didn't mean that I couldn't download it, I meant that if I did download it, since Morrowind is installed on my PC that doesn't have the internet, I would have to transfer it from my Parents PC (that has the internet) to mine, and I have no way of doing that since my floppy drive aint working (I was thinking about throwing it out my window it got me so mad...)

Edit: I just tried downloading it to see if it could be downloaded at all, and it worked so guess your all set!

I wish I could but, my floppy drive is crapping off.... I will tell you when I get it fixed, and try your save out, though! B)

okey after you installed winrar go to my computer>C:>program files>Bethesda Softworks>Morrowind>Saves right click on the save you want now when the menu comes up there should be an option with add to archive with the winrar icon next to it click that you see a drop down window with compression method click the drop down window and then click best then click ok then you will be done should help the size out alittel good luck and god speed!

its almost like winzip all what you have to do when you click the link a window will comeup saying save this file save it on your desktop or some where you can get to it easly next after you download the rarfile duble click it it should open to a window that looks like winzip but diffent is some ways then minize that and go to computer>C:>program files>Bethesda Softworks>Morrowind>Saves once you

Why would you want our saves?

well if you want over saves but Ì am not far in morrowind

tough it is really a great idea to the newbies

B) I dont want saved games I to see your work and i want you to see mine and vise versa

I think the idea of sharing save games is good, i have to do it through my network all the time, but from the internet... i dunno i only have 28.8k and all my saves are 4mb+

so srry cant see it

and also some people may have mods that no-one else has, which is a problem

Its alright dude. 28k man ow that hurts!!! I guess some people have to play morrowind insted of an online RPG ...

is there a place you know of where we could upload these files...well i guess i could just make a site of geocities but, any other easier way??

There's a slight problem here... a lot of free web hosts don't allow remote linking. Also, the attach function on here has a max file size limit of 250k, and even rared or zipped, high level save games can be 500k+. Still a cool idea though

Ok, it likes zips this char is one I've been working on on and off, I don't play much Morrowind anymore. Mainly work on mod projects for it , but anyway, this is a low level, he's using a lotta mods though, to see which ones just go to the Data Files option on the Morrowind launcher, scroll down and click the save, and it'll display all the mods in the right hand panel. They're mostly look tweaks and game tweaks to increase difficulty.

Thanks Switch for your save I know the file size here is pretty small so if you cant upload a file its because of its size... but you can sand you charitor from early in the game if you have a save of him then

Dude Switch the save game you uploaded has so many mods you have to click ok wail its loading like over 50 times but atleast you warned us ^_^

:lol: Well, try going to your morrowind.ini file, and at the bottom of [General] add:
AllowYesToAll=1
That will activate a "Yes to All" button in game that you can click to avoid the flurry of error messages
