I was always partial to Sigrid, found in the Kvatch camp, so much so I used her face on the Rhianna Companion mod for a long while. Not so much that she's beautiful, more cute and classical; interesting.

Well, i'm a modding freak, i like to modify whatever i think it's ok for modding, even faces, so many faces in my game don't reflect exactly how bethesda made them, even if i tried to keep them very similiar to the original ones.

for example, open the CS and put black hair to Vilena Donton and set her age around 45 or so, you'll discover that she's a very fascinating woman!

Parwen from the fighters guild in skingrad has a very attractive face... try to give her a ponytail hairstyle and you'll probably fall in love with her.

Julitta Plotius in leyawiin is porobably the best girl in the game... she looks very attractive without being too sophisticated. the only thing she needs is a minor change of clothes, not necessarily expensive. (she's just a low class commoner after all)

Varon Varmori, the dark elf staff stealer from Bravil. That alchemy girl from the guild is hopelessly silly with ignoring him.
Zombies are really not my preference. Bad blood.

I think the most aestetically pleasing npc is Feria one of Divine Avengers CM partners. As for vanilla Oblivion either of the bandits from the Sirens Deception quest or Rochelle Bantian in the market district. My favorite NPC is either LaChance or the Argonian in Leyawin that tells the kajiit jokes. Least favorite npc is Maglir from the fighters guild quests, just looking at that lazy bugger makes me want to stab an Argonian.

Edit: I agree with Sarac Syl's pretty sexy too, It's either the power of being a dutchess or the fact that she's just plain sadistic and not right in the head that makes her so hot

I would have to go with NPCs added in by mods. I vote for Viconia, a simply gorgeous elf lady, created by Sulteric. And you can flirt with her & win her heart.

Like the above poster, I have no clue anymore what any of the vanilla people look like. I have "younger, hotter NPCs" and a host of beautifiers and customizers.

However, "younger hotter NPCs" should be called "Younger Hotter NPC Chicks". Why must us ladies be left out of the loop?? It's a conspiracy I tell ya! I want "Younger Hotter NPCs v2": the Younger Hotter NPC Dudes version.

Are there Dudes in Cyrodiil? I hadn't noticed with all the body and face mods I've been using. Funny, I never seem to notice any of the male characters.

Going with just the stock Bethesda NPC's... Nanette Don (ShivIsles) is probably the most attractive face I think they've put on a female NPC in the game, but she's not-quite-right in the head (look at her choice of mentors, and she hangs out with Felas Sarandas, who's a twit).

Hottest female NPC, in my book? Claudette Perrick, proprietor of The Gilded Carafe in IC. She's really cute, really nice, genuinely helpful as opposed to being obsequious, and she owns her own business just across the street from a good, cheap restaurant. If she were real, I'd marry her.
