Basically, I'm looking for someone who is good at making races ,and would like to help me with this project called sailor moon races.

i frist got the idea from the progamme, and i thought it would be cool to make them into oblivion races.

i try doing it, but i had not a lot of luck .

so now im asking for some people to help me out, if you do that would be great

Uhh... wouldn't it just be easier to use custom faces with FaceGen, and add maybe Lesser Powers/Enchanted items to get the desired effect rather than creating new races?

Unless you're talking about monsters, which is a whole 'nother bag of worms.
