How come I can't get my avatar to be animated my currect picture is animated what do I have to do?

It's a jpg. Animated images need to be gifs.
Do you mean that you already have an animated .GIF that you want to use, or are you asking how to make one?
my current avatar is a gif, it is suppose to be animated. This is the only place it isn't animated.

Right-clicking and selecting Properties shows it to be a .JPG. Doing the same with my avatar, it shows it to be a .GIF. Are you sure you uploaded the right file?
