hi peeps, a few weeks ago i paid for and downloaded the 9 official oblivion plug-ins, when i activated them, InstallShield Wizard froze on me. ive searched through my ENTIRE hard-drive for those plug-in files, but they aren't there, and when i tried to download the plug-ins again, they froze as soon as InstalShield Wizard appeared, can someone please help me?

I started with Spell Tomes and the Mehrunes' Raz plug-ins and the same thing happened to me. That prob is caused by a Windows file named ctfmon.exe. You can temp shut it down in Task Manager before installing the plug-ins. If you didn't delete the downloaded plug-ins they are still on your computer wherever you downloaded them originally. Look for 'Oblivion Spell Tomes.exe' for example.

If you did delete the files thinking that it was a bad download or that the files were corrupt you'll have to e-mail Bethsoft and have them re-activate your downloads by the Order Number you were given when you bot them, and you will be able to download them all again.

By the way what is your Video card type and driver version?

Please post back your findings and let us know if you need to un-install and re-install OB, as I have a long and detailed, recent (01-22-08) e-mail from Bethsoft support on that subject.
