Well, I have a few mods installed, but I can't figure out which one might be causing a certain problem that I am having.
Namely, the dialog for every last thrice-damned person has been changed, and all to roughly the same responses. For instance, everyone says "Greeting dunmer, the sea is nice and warm right about now.", or something to that effect. It even interferes with the main quest, because Captain Pompous, or whoever it is that I am supposed to show my papers to, only says that. Nothing else.
I've tried to "snap him out of it" by stealing, attacking, swearing at the computer, but none of these tactics do anything.

So, does anyone know of a way to fix this little problem?

Morrowind Comes Alive,
Morrowind Enhanced,
Morrowind Enhanced Writing,
Balmora Expanded,
Mournhold Expanded,
New Suran Extended
and
Seyda Neen Docks and Haldenshore are the only ones that add new buildings/people.
I also have some texture/mesh replacers, but they were only the nif and dds files.

I'd say start by disabling Suran, Seyda Neen, and Haldenshore. Once you've found out if it's one of those, you know the drill.

Well, it turns out that New Suran Extended sends the dialog all to hell.
Preparing harshly written yet humor laced rant.
