I found a cup cake in some loot i,m not sure where it came from but its worth 500000 gold i did not mod or anything.

You certainly did not find it in vanilla Morrowind, no such item exists in the CS even as a test item. One item only is worth 500000 - wraithguard. There is misc item called The Bitter Cup worth 100000 but nothing else. Someone else's mod may have added it although one wonders why.

Drop it on the ground, open the console and move the cursor over it and its object ID will appear at the top of the console box. It will probably enable you to identify the mod it is attached to.
