i have vistas so it so much different than regular windos

The Oblivion data folder is dependent on which drive you installed it on

for example:

if you install on C:\

data folder is in:

C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data

If you install on another drive (without changing the adress) just switch the C:\ with your drive letter

to enable it on your launcher, launch Oblivion, before you click Play, look below it, and click Data Files. Look for the mod in the list there, then enable it, you'll know the drill.

Look at the pinned topics on the forum. there is one that tells you where all of the Oblivion files are located. There is a lot of information there. I think that one is located in the tech help section. But look at all of them.
