If i like to delete one of mods i have in game,which is the best way to do it ?
...and don't get a warning when loading game...

You'll get a warning the first time you load your game, thats unavoidable. Once you've loaded a game without a mod, then saved that game, it will no longer require a mod and will no longer get an error.

If you don't want to get a warning, use Wrye Bash to edit Master list of your save file.
