Hi i purchased a premium membership through paypal, and after seeing it had been paid in my forum subscriptions, i tried to access the preferences on the main site to change how many files i could view per page etc. I tried waiting and refreshing the page multiple times, even logging out, but i can't think of what could be causing this.

Ensure you're logging out on TESNexus by going to http://www.tesnexus.com/modules/login/do_logout.php

Then log back in again and try the preferences page. Are the premium options still disabled or can you change them? Does it give any errors?
