When i make screenshot in oblivion,it's made in Bitmap format and then i can't upload any images...
...can i fix it somehow?
and i can only take screens if i have HDR turned on...

No, you can only take them if Antialiasing is off. You can use free programs bundled with windows (like Paint 
) to convert .bmp to .jpg. Or use Photoshop. Or Paint Shop Pro, or GIMP.
