So...you're the Champion of Cyrodiil, the Archmage of the Mages Guild, Listener of the Dark Brotherhood, Master of the Fighter's Guild, Grand Champion of the Arena, Gray Fox of the Thieves Guild, the Madgod of the Shivering Isles, a true leader of the Knights of the Nine. You're filthy rich--having a fully furnished house in every town, uber-strong--master of several skills. You've beaten almost every quest out there and explored almost every inch of Cyrodiil and the Isles and even toyed around with several armor and quest mods.

...

What now?
Povuholo
Start a new game, collect something, download mods, or play Morrowind tongue.gif

1. Install about 200 mods- at least 50 of these should be new locations/lands- get ALL the graphical improvements and alternative areas. Also install the mods that change levelling, enemies, fighting, animations, NPCs, lighting, quests, companions. Get as many new spells as possible. Install a mod with an alternative start. Do all this before you start a new game. Ideally do not test these mods. (I did this with about 80 mods once - and Oblivion seemed like a different game- but I suggest going with more than a 100- near 200 will be great. go with mods that have been around for a while- to minimize chances of screwing up things)

2. start a new game with a totally different character (and stay in character)

3. Possibly not do the main quest, or other quests you have done before (am playing my current game for the last many months without having delivered the amulet to Jauffere (or going to Kavatch)- and life is so good without the gates to Oblivion opening up all over the place)

4. I am sure you'll find something new to do- how about making a fortify acrobatics potion? I am into experimenting with fortifying my skills with potions made using the Dirreni apparatus (which is a mod you must install)- quite interesting- especially if there is still a limit to the no. of potions you drink...

5. Help others by giving tips/tutorials etc.
Malchik
1. Read improving literature to understand fully all the different political creeds, world religions and systems of government. Become a guru.

2. Design, build and market your own computer game.

3. Catch up on all the fresh air and sleep you've missed while playing Oblivion. (You may find yourself getting both of these together if your strategy on 2 misfires and you end up walking the streets!)

Raid dungeons! mostly dungeons that are guarded by the humanoid races, I like to imagine attacking a fortress with a one man army. Perhaps also download some mods that adds more quest and story, philosophy in media (especially games, movies, etc) is really in my interest. Contrary to what some people think, even games could teach morals and values, and perhaps making choices and consequences, or perhaps my rambling is going off topic, and I'll stop now confused.gif
Pujangga
Create a graphic novel of Oblivion, similar thing like Septim's Pride thumbsup.gif
The genre would be: drama - action - mystery.

Now THAT's an idea! thumbsup.gif maybe I should've done something like that a couple of months ago, but it seems that I'm not interested in making works from someone else's works. Maybe I should write a novel based on the life of an adventurer in Tamriel? yes, that would be good, original, and not interfering with lore, or maybe if.....(bla,bla,bla,mumble,mumble) blink.gif

Use a mod to remove NPC essential status and purge the land of life.
Stormraven
Start Moding, Thats the real challenge. Fun too.

Roll skulls down a hill and see how far they get. I suggest the hill leading to the imperial city.
Also, the most fun ever.
Place Poison apples on every NPC you see!

Even tough I know nothing (almost nothing) about modding in Oblivion (nor Morrowind); you could try it? I'm sure there're a lot of subjects you could expand, make new quests/items about, etc..

As a "modder" for games like Age of Mythology, World of Warcraft and Pokémon for the GBA I can tell you it gives you a semi-godlike feeling once you test your mods and you see that thei "creations" are working like they where supposed to.

You might even have the feeling thou supas God (don't tell me Humanity is functioning like they where supposed to). Especialy when you get good feedback and people who report the bugs which you can purge out.

My 2 cents.

If you are really looking for a challenge: instead of skulls use a few rings- make sure your grass is turned on- then time yourself collecting them. Use some super-enchanted rings to ensure that you have incentive to find them. Night time is preferable for this activity.

Yea,if you are getting bored with Oblivion you should really get started with modding,it' really fun...

Or if you want to make little fun,get your conjuration skill to 100 so you could summon all kind of creatures, make spell which have effect: SoulTrap and Paralyze, and have few soul gems from petty to grand with you...
Then just go to Pinackle Rock, summon creature, cast spell on it and smack it down the hill, and get your soul gems filed! , tongue.gif .

Download mods.
Make mods.
Go on rampages through Dungeons.
Go on rampages through IC.
Find a cure for every disease known to man.
Create more diseases.
Take over Earth.

Heres a fun one...the poison apple challenge.

You have to eat a poison apple at the start and beat the main quest with its effects on tongue.gif

Or you can just do what I always do when I beat everything...go around and nuke cyrodill by killing everyone...soon the world is just guards.
Demimonde
Make custom spell, with a lot of fire. go to randome place. Use like a rally thing to attract people. turn on god mode (pc: tgm) shoot like crazy. theres also a glitch that makes them jely if you juggle them in the air.
Alaisiagae
What do you do when you've done it all? Well, I would've kept on playing (still have to find all the SI oddities), but then I started to ramp up my mod use...

How to justify throwing out a 430+ hour character
Step 1: use OBSE. Learn that, without fail, trying to load your "I've done everything" save game with OBSE results in a CTD.
Step 2: Look for mods that require OBSE but that are so awesome that you must have them
Step 3: Get distracted by all the other mods out there during the search
Step 4: Download some retextures.
Step 5: Realize that copy-and-pasting folders is a PITA
Step 6: Discover OBMM
Step 7: Download tweaks. Download quest tweaks. Download mods that add items, change cities, add npcs, add places, improve the weather, improve sounds, change game mechanics, make lava look real, fix bugs...
Step 8: Become addicted to downloading mods *
Step 9: Rip your hair out when you: encounter incompatibilities, have to juggle the load order, and/or make an agonizing decision over which of the conflicting mods to keep, and which of them to discard.
Step 10: Eventually decide to start a new character. **

* during this time, I started several new characters, only to discover that adding mods onto an existing save resulted in conflicts or the mod not taking effect unless I started a new character. Also, because I can't figure out how to use the Group utility in OBMM, I rename my mods with a descriptive prefix (e.g. Retexture, UI, Items, etc) ... which means decompressing and recompressing mods, and big mods can take a long time to convert into omods. But it will be worth it, right?
** Just after I download this mod...
stratopwn3r
1: download exnems and look at dead nude girls for three hours
2: mod
3: make a good mod
4: make a really good mod
5: get a girlfriend
6: dump her
7: hack into the FBI database and make the Grey fox a really fugitive
8: download/make a castle mod
9: write a script that lets you pick up bodys
10: become a perv by looking at those bodys

Download movable furniature mods, then make a custom spell which explodes like crazy. Go into First Edition. Blow the place up, rinse, and repeat with next shop.

Or make a mod that lets you put them past that! mage.gif

The skill max is 100 not 244. Mods can get you to 255, but there isn't any point to it. The benefits to skills stops at 100 save a couple like acrobatics.

not true. in (at least) my version, I have seen my skills get up to 244 by using enchantments. I suppose I should have made myself a bit clearer before. Yes: You can only max your skills out to 100 WITH OUT enchantments. stupid.gif

No, of course I'm not. I'd have to be a bit more like you before you can say I'm stupid. Enchantments are different. They don't count as your natural skills. That seems pretty obvious.

Save you game, go on random killing spree, load game, repeat.

Spend 200+ hours looking at, downloading, and installing mods.... Cut yourself when you discover a major, irreversable, conflict mid game that forces you to start over.

Remake Oblivion

Become a ninja and put your Brotherhood skills to use.

Get a life.
nachtefuchs
Fight Minotaurs with your least-used weapon.

Kill an Ogre with a Rusty Iron weapon.

Try and stop arrows/spells by holding something in front of yourself.

Throw the loose bricks around the Cheydenhal Abandoned House at the guards.

Stack some potions in a hallway, and go bowling with pearls/watermelons/lettuce/pumpkins.

Make a spell that has Fire Damage 1pt for 100 secs on self, and run around on fire. (You may want a Heal 1pt for 100 secs on self spell too)

Go slaughterfish hunting with a Water Walking enchanted item and a Bow + Arrows.

Collect as many of one item as you can, and fill up a room with it.

Eat EVERY ingredient you have/find, no matter what it does.

Have duels with your summoned creatures.

Get a bunch of Trolls to follow you to a city.

Find the elusive Daedric/Elven helmets on Marauders/Bandits.

Swim from the Imperial City's Bridge to Leyawiin.

See how many Goblins you can take on at the same time.

Get Marauders/Bandits to fight with either each other, or the Imperial Horsemen.

Go House Jumping in Bruma, Anvil and Chorrol.

Find lots of Callipers, and drop them in front of M'aiq the Liar.

Taunt any town's guards with use of a Bow & Arrows + an Invisibility spell.

Make new characters that look like real people and make them do stupid things.

Start fights with unkillable NPCs.

Streak.

Push people off the Anvil Docks.

Make absolutely every NPC hate you through the Speechcraft minigame.

Fill up open barrels with the smallest things you can find.

Collect all the large baskets you can.

Find as many Scythes as you can. (Not Hand Scythes)

Lead the Uderfrykte Matron into Bruma.

Start riots using a powerful Frenzy spell.

Find as many zero-weight items as you can and pickpocket them onto people.

Read some of the books. Hallgerd's Tale is a good one and so is Immortal Blood. The Legend of Krately House is also cool.

Sleep in every Inn.

Take everything that doesn't count as stealing off the Bloated Float.

Talk to the Arcane University high-ups in Necromancers Robes.

Walk through bonfires.

Try and make friends with the naked Argonians in Veyond Cave.

Teabag everything you kill, while wearing no pants.

Take EVERYTHING from EVERY guild hall and sell it all.

Raise enough money to buy everything from all the stores and sell it all to one person.

Take everyone's shoes.

Make forts from all the books you have/find/take/buy.

STACK SHORTSWORDS IN FIREPLACES!

And many more things.

Try and use TGM, or any other mod that reduces your durability to zero (CHEATS tongue.gif) and collect as many items as you can. find a small house. then drop EVERYTHING at once, it works. really smile.gif

Make a mod set a few years into the future centering around your cheap attempts to exploit your fame by making random appearances to crowds around Cyrodil for cash money. Incorporate NPCS who will have no idea who you are because your name was never attached to your accomplishments. And a new "sadness meter" to reflect your overpowering disappointment. Add a new faction called "bitter heroes" with all the past PCs of TES games intent on seeking revenge against the ungrateful masses who've forgotten them, but never make any serious progress since they sit around getting drunk and bragging about old times.

When none of you can agree who's exploits were more legendary, you all battle it out in the arena but are interrupted by Caius Cosades hopped up on moon sugar who thrashes you all with a Buster Sword he modded before having a slice of pie and flying off with his best friend Master Chief.

Find another game to play, of course. Downloading mods is a must if you have any interest in still actually playing Oblivion. As for some fun things to do:

-Cause total chaos:
Go on killing sprees,
use spells to start riots,
summon deadra and get them to attack guards,
play lethal game of hide and seek with guards (involving an invisibility spell obviously).
(I would recomend saving a backup of your game before you do these things.)

-As soon as you become Madgod, go to the Sheogorath shrine above Leyawin, and proceed to worship yourself. (Speaking of which, anyone else feel cheated about your abilities, and how none of the shrine members recognize you?)

-Read the headstones in New Sheath graveyard.

.... Actually there isn't much else. Could try roleplaying, if you are already, then a different kind/gender of character, which involves repeating the whole game, not necessarily a bad thing.

Download EVERY mod.
literally, every single one on this site, and every single one you can find on the internets.

of course, you will have to spend a few hours making them all compatible with each other, but after your finished i'm sure you will have a game that doesn't even look like oblivion.

Make all 10000+ mods compatible? That would take years, not hours.

How about curing vampire? use the bug, copy vampire cure potions and cure vampires in cyrodill.

Get everything. Every armour set, clothing, weapon, etc.

get really high infamy and talk to the guards.

See how high you can get the infamy with the Gray cowl on, mines nearly hit a million, at 928000

Then try and get enough money so that if you had to (you won't) you could pay off the fine

Then get a drugs mod and blow it all. (I don't know if there are any on TESNexus)

punch people then run away

Wake people up and run away

Get only the stupidest mods

Try and re-create TV characters as characters. Without premade ones. Mr T is an excellent choice if you get good hair mods and multiple jewellry

Get a children mod then butcher them with the biggest weapon on the net. (Cats mod not as enjoyable)
