hi everyone
i am new to the forums, and playing morrowind for a few months now. but i still haven't found the boots of blinding speed.
can anyone tell me where to find them? thnx

Hello there
The question you ask has been asked and answered before. If you look under Blinding Speed with the search button (over 30 days) you will get all you need to know about the boots.
Also on general artifact questions we recommend the UESP website (look under Morrowind Artifacts it lists 64 of them).
