Hi, I just wanted to know if Oblivion GOTY will have better frame rate than Oblivion on PC.

Please respond cause i don't feel like wasting money for nothing

Probably not. If anything it'll probably run worse if they added anything to the game. Typically GOTY editions are used just to boost sales on a product, but not as a way to improve or change the product. If anything at the most you'll get some additional content or a flashy box. As far as frame rates go, that will still be dependant on your hardware, not anything game related. They can't do much to make the game run smoother without lowering the graphical quality.

Oblivion GOTY is nothing more than Oblivion with Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions included, as well as an actual case for the disks and not just a paper sleeve like the original Oblivion was shipped in.
Same game, new packaging (and expansions).
