No. There is no leader of the Daedra.

However, if, by that, you mean that the Daedra Prince Azura appears before you, then yes.

It's kinda weird that that the Daedra 'princes' seem to be gender random. Azura her/himself sounds, and appears as a woman. Even in one of the books I think Boethian is called a goddess, too. I guess it's the whole intangible thing, they can be whatever they want.

In Lore the Aedra/Daedra Princes have no sex, they appear as whatever they want In TES3 azura favors a female avatar. The other daedra you meet in TES3 are voice only but the voices tend to match their statues.

There are some other books about Daedra but those 3 do a good job of covering the basics.

In fact, Azura is kinda cute if you're into that kind of blue-skin, red-eye god-like power thing. However, this is a bit off-topic.

When you see Azura at the end of the game she is a Dunmer dressed up in a blue dress. I want that dress.

I would like to somehow get Dagoth Ur's aztec-style mask...

Impossible, I know.

Actually, not impossible-- just need a modeller to take the initiative. The chunk with the mask can be cut out and made a a new helmet. The texture can be chopped as well.
