What mods and such do I need to download to make Morrowind look, sound and feel as close to Oblivion as humanly possible? Is there a guide or something? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

There are a large number of face and texture replacers available for Morrowind. Just take a look in the files section and choose whichever one you like the look of the most. These can be quite a hefty download at times due to the fact that it consists mainly of image files.
