I was killing a Dark Brotherhood in Caiuses House and Accidently hit Caius.In Oblivion you can block and hit talk and they will stop. But in Morrowind what do you do ? I got Morrowind after playing Oblivion. Plus I have no idea why DB is after me. It is still the beginning of the game lol. So since I couldn"t get him to stop hitting me/no main game now, I went off getting my Character pumped up and finding goodies. I was hoping since the manuel and the forums had no info, That after awhile 4 saves later and a well pumped character he would've calmed down....NOT. So some help here will be nice.Also I can use the console to enter something if needed.Anyway he wants to kill me AAAGHHHH ! lol. By the way nice outfit DB has.

Try these commands on him: (click on him when you've the console open)

“Caius Cosades” -> Setfight 10
“Caius Cosades” -> Stopcombat
“Caius Cosades” -> Setdisposition 100

That might do the trick. If not, perhaps reload a save?

I really thank you for such a quick reply. Also for some reason moments before I checked my topic, Caius reverted back to normal. I was on my way to kill and resurrect him to see if that worked .LOL So thank you again and I will write this down so as not to have to ask again.

No worries. As long as you can continue with the MQ it should be okay, I assume. Did you speak with him to make sure? It's extremely annoying when you're right into the main quest and you cannot continue because you killed/attacked someone by accident. But you should be fine, from the sounds of things.

The Dark Brotherhood is part of the Tribunal expansion. If you want the attacks to stop you'll have to talk to a guard, and visit the guy they mention. You can then get transport to Mournhold, a city you can't reach by foot. It would be best to wait with that until you're stronger because it's meant to be played by higher level characters.

Yes I have done 2 of his missions so far. He doesn't move tho and stays at the door lol. When I went back the last time he sounded like he just hit the skooma pipe.....I had reported the DB and am now in a position to kill them all..Mwuhahaha !!! lol. Thanks again.

I love Mournhold and the Dark Brotherhood caverns/quest. Definitely one of the best quests from the game. Do you know the Dwemer? Not to spoil much, but if you're a fan (well, even if you aren't), you're in for some very exciting stuff.
