Query optimisations
Optimised the code that displayed the comments in the file and image share areas. Reduced the number of SQL queries by ... a lot. Load times should decrease as a result.

Thank you, Thank you so very much! . now i no longer have to download from the file mirrors or if downloading from tes source having to wait 50 minutes. Thanks again as now my mod hunting on tes source will go much faster . On another note, im sure this will make uploading files mch more efficient which is by the way in time for when i release my mod. Thanks again.

These query optimisations won't make downloading any faster since downloads are on a completely different server, but it will atleast make browsing the site faster.
