First Character Check
Some people add exclamation marks or other special characters to the beginning of their file names so they get listed higher in their respective categories. I've added a check to make sure the first character is a letter.

What non-alphabetic characters are permitted? From a quick look at some of the categories, it looks as if numbers are fine, and that '['s are permitted, but send a mod to the very back. Are these the only exceptions?

" ! " , " - " and " _ " are the only permitted "special characters" at this time. I've cleared out as many mods that I can find that started with spaces or exclamation marks to gain a higher position in the Oblivion categories.
