This is a great post, it should be more readily available (had to read through a ton of topics).

I bought Morrowind Game Of The Year edition & will install on a new PC (I have played it a little bit on an old PC but want to start fresh).
Is it better to install Tribunal and Bloodmoon with Morrowind or complete Morrowind then install them?
If I install them will I clearly know which quest is which?

I split this off as you posted this in a thread that's almost 2 years old.

As for your question, install only Morrowind at first I would say. I think it's best to get a feel of what the vanilla game is like before throwing the expansions in as well. You can easily add the expansions in later in your game - Morrowind doesn't freak if you add expansions mid game, unlike Oblivion.

I'd install the complete package at once, MW + TB + BM. The expansions have very little influence on the main game itself, but you get some advantages if you activate them from the beginning:
- with BM your game is completely patched
- with the expansions, you have a much better journal
- you can use mods which use the new meshes and - perhaps more important - the new scripting possibilities provided by the expansions, for example the advanced companion mods.

If you decide to have Tribunal active when still at level 1 or so, I'd recommend this mod. Or the DB will come to you very early, giving you items that will unbalance the game when at a low level.

I prefer installing all of them first because first off, I'm too lazy to do it at a later time. Secondly, Tribunal and Bloodmoon do nothing really to change the game except add some NPC's to Vvardenfell. Also Tribunal adds the enemie's health bar, which I wouldnt live without. I suggest doing them all at once, then exploring your way up there when you are a higher level. I have been playing Morrowind for about 5 years now and havent even started the Tribunal or Bloodmoon quests. I've just gone there, fought a little and done a few misc. quests. They dont really do anything to unbalance the game, except maybe (as Povuholo said) when the DB attack you at a low level.
