I don't know if it has anything to do with the new system, but it's impossible for me to download the files with a download manager (Free Download Manager 2.0). The program is always trying to download the PHP-Script "download.php". I'm using Firefox (newest version) with the extension "Flashgot". A few days before it worked without problems.
If i use the standard download tool of firefox it works as it should. but for me, as a user of a low-speed internet connection, it is very helpful to download files with a programm which is able to stop the download and resume it another day. and because of that i need to use programs like Free Download Manager.
may be it's possible to fix this bug?
Unfortunately the site is not compatible with download managers. This is for security reasons. Sorry.
Well, I can't download files either way (http://www.tessource.net/files/file.php?id=4431).
Using Firefox 1.5.0.4 without using a download manager (but with flashgot installed) I get the right filename, click save, and the download succeeds... but it's a 0kb file.
Using firefox with a download manager (KGet) the filename is changed to download.php and again it's a 0kb file.
Using konqueror with kget (it doesn't allow direct download without a download manager, and why should it?) I get the same as above (firefox & kget).
This is all on linux 2.6.16 btw. Maybe I'll try Firefox on windows later... but for some reason my connection keeps cutting out frequently on windows so I doubt I'll be able to download a 20MB file without resume support. Download manager support is a good idea, yes really.
Oh I don't have a supporter account... if that's relevent.
