Hey all,

finally got the broadband back and was lookign forward to trying out the new booster pack, paid for it, installed it and now i wish i could chuck it oot the window! Every time i load a map BF2 crashes and exits straight the desktop.

Has anyone else had this bother or heard of this happening. Ive tried reinstalling everything and that hasnt helped!

Nothing wrong with my AF....i know the other GS'ers play AF okay.

My version crashes out to windows after map loading every now and again, but its not only AF maps, it happends with all maps. It does it more since the latest patch.

Hearing this, and seeing the server is back to vanilla... i guess i won't be purchasing AF

Funny you say that coz i have just had EF crash out this morning. You would think that the amount of time the game has been on the market that these sort of problems would not exist. You'd expect a BETA version to operate like this.

I've also not been able to play operation Harvest yet as the load screen locks at 14% every time.

the problem with EF now is that i appear to have modified content and must revert back to original version, doesnt always happen but when it does its a bit frustrating.
