Go to the Skall Village and enter Lesner's house (think it's in the western part of the village. Look to the right of the door when you enter and look on the table there. You'll find a 'parchment with scrawlings' just like you did in six house bases back on Vvardenfell! In case you don't remember, does "ALL CRIES ARE WAKING!" ring a bell? Yeah! Not only that but there is a daedra heart and ghoul heart lying close, and even (WTF?!?!?) HUMAN FLESH on the shelf above the table! If you read the book sitting there it tells of like a beverage you can make with all this crazy arcane stuff.
