Where can I download the TES Dependency Toolkit. I can't find it anywhere. I went to the creators website, like I was told, and that website is gone. Than on File Planet you have to pay for it. What I'm trying to do is mod Morrowind for Xbox. I had a tutorial for it, and I am supposed to download a Java thing (already did it), FlashFXP (Already had it), and the TES Dependency Toolkit (Can't Find It). So if anyone could help, please do.
