wow, seeing how much thought and background information you used, i think this will have so much quality that i will replace my long-standing relationship with my last scaled and lighter weapon mod. i especially liked the bit about a hollow tube inside of the weapon that used centrepetal force to help swing the weapon. loved the use of facts, and look forward to the mod

This looks like it should be in the Oblivion SEction, it is in the MORROWIND section.

Any particular reason why you used "Klan", instead of "Clan"? I just don't like the connotations of "Klan"...
