Hey, I'm looking for a house with no guards or anyone in the Balmora area. I don't have Tribunal/Bloodmoon, and im Lv 10
Please post a link.
Thanks!

There must be hundreds of "Balmora House" plug-ins available... Literally. Check the downloads section on this site.

If your house HAS to be in Balmora one of my fav's is this one, from Morrowind Abodes:

My favorite Balmora House mod is Balmora fish house. Relaxing, serene, just plain nice. Its south of Balmora on the Road to For Moonmoth.

I'm assuming that you're new in the forums (by way of your Post Count of 1) and you're not playing in the Fighter's Guild.
My advice to you, my friend, is to join the Fighter's Guild. One particular quest is to do away with a bounty hunter in Balmora who's theoretically been making trouble. You'll be able to take over this bounty hunter's house once you knock the person off. However, as I neared the end of the Fighter's Guild quests, I felt guilty about this quest for reasons that will become obvious to you later.
However, if you have no qualms about killing people in order to gain rank.
There's a particular mod called Dura gra-Bol's Cellar. That will be useful assuming you take over the house.

Just download Balmora Private Tower and Private Mobile Base. Set the PMB location to "Balmora Private Tower" in-game. If there's a conflict, you can uninstall Balmora Private Tower and set the PMB location to "Balmora Mages."
Palla Volita
My favorite is Balconyhouse plugin, it gives a very pretty house in Hlaalu style, near the Mages & Fighter's Guilds

wow this thread could go on a while rolleyes.gif

personally my favourite house in balmora is a good place to stay. spacious, lots of storage and display room, including a ton of armour mannequins, and even a training dummy! (but u cant use it 2 get stronger once ur higher level cos u destroy it, so is only 4 when ur starting out, not so unbalanced that way)

My favorite is Balmora Private Tower. No matter how many others I have tried, I keep coming back to this one. My daughter, Ashley, has several favorites. They include the Private Tower (of course!), Garden House, Balcony House, and Balmora Residence. You can probably find all of these here.

I took the house next to the Caldera Mage's Guild. Right down the street from the Creeper (who I have Marked), and right next door to the Mage's Guild and a hop to Balmora (or anywhere else for that matter, for all intents and purposes). I need to try couple those plug-ins though, they sound groovy.

PMB is all you need. It even includes uber-mannequins that you can place anywhere.

Yeah, i got the weapon-wielding mannequin plug-in already, it's way sweet. But some those house plug-ins sound cool too. Heck, I have enough swag, I could use more than one house anyway.

I have a few places scattered around where I drop off excess loot, booty, etc. or for a quick recharge of something or other (potions for instance). This way, typically, there's a "home-base" not too far away from wherever I am at the moment. Sure I could "Mark & Recall" but once I Recall back to my "Abandoned Flat" near Vivec, I don't want to have to travel all the way back to where I was to finish my looting and general mayhem.
