Don't know the console code (that's cheating ) but the way I take care of it is the join the Thieves Guild. You don't have to do any missions for them, but they'll still wipe your debt.

it was the cops fault though... i went into a glass mine and there were hundreds of nix hounds and few cops. i decided to take some glass and BAM he comes up and trys to arrest me...so, in the end, it isnt my fault
