1. Who do I have to talk to to become a vamp?

2. How do i earn Fame (needed to buy Chorrol and Skingrad house)

1) As far as I know, join the Dark Brotherhood. (Kill an innocent, wait to be contacted.)

2)Complete quests.

1) Dark Brotherhood, as Stampede said, you have to murder someone and Rest until you're contacted. Make sure you're resting in a secure place. IE no guards near by, the room has a door that can be closed.

2) I havent confirmed this, but I would assume you'd get fame by becomming heads of the various guilds, as well as competing in the arena. If you participate in the large scale battles of the main quest, I bet that would earn you some fame as well.

Seriously hoping this isn't thread necromancy, and you probably won't read this anyway but

1) Fight a vampire and contract Poly somethingorother, sleep, become a vamp.

2) Fighters and Mages guilds, certain quests, main quest, possibly Oblivion gates

Look at the date on the post. Nearly 6 months is definitely necromancy for this sort of thread. Please check before posting next time.
