I am off now for about 6 hours. Back on for a post session tonight and then online almost all day tomorrow.
Couple of hints.
No splitting up before you reach the final chamber unless someone has to pull out and we need to do something with the character. (Posting for a missing character is acceptable).
Work out in your OT threads the precise order in the caves (one at a time only) and what protection each will have as you approach the final chamber.
Groups who take the wrong tunnel will all get destroyed when the device is activated. So read what you overhear carefully - it contains pointers as to which is the correct tunnel.
Any groups who do not get as far as the final chamber can play on until they do if they wish but there will be no judging of those posts made after midnight London UK time tomorrow. The monastery should try to speed up. The fallen statue started very late so may need to take up that offer.
Good luck all you are all* brilliant.
*Poetic licence!
See you later.

Will there be any penalty allocated during judging for those in the Monastery group should we not complete the main objective? I'd really like to finnish, but an acute lack of posts in our thread has slowed us down, and with Marissa apparently gone, as well as our group being originally only seven people, it's unlikely to get better...

I hope Bradas can put good use to the spell he had been training for during the rp...

Almost over? :o But we've come so far, and we are so close!
Hmm, this had better trigger the RP forum to get going again, this has reawakened all my RPing desires (especially since Oblivion isn't out yet

). Cheers Malchik for doing this, with all your Net troubles and sheer volume of work you've had to do - I'm sure I speak for everyone in saying that I appreciate the effort you have put in

There, enough sucking up to the judge

, I'm off to possibly certain death. Hang on....

Noooo-hoooowwww, wrong tunnel is certain death -> No eternal hunting grounds for you!

Malchik, even if we reach the chamber (and by some mysterious means complete it (or not) before UK midnight, will we be allowed to wrap things up? For example, if we reach the chamber, but don't get around to finishing the presumed fight before midnight, can we make our own 'goodbye' posts to describe what we do? (Though I assume there might be some Daedra transporting involved once we're done

And before I forget: Good luck to all of you! (Though I doubt most will need it

To those in my group: We had our bumps, but it was a great experience playing with you, even if we get turned into dust because we chose the wrong tunnel

haha this will end badly I'm sure!
It's been a blast and the most confusing thing, both in the Nord camp and after. I am quite sure, it won't be my first AND last forum rp.
Masurao, did you see where I left that rope?

I believe I speak for everyone in my thread when I say HUH? Did we just fall really far behind and miss everything?

I will let all groups play to the end if they wish. I said only that posts made after midnight tonight (saturday) will not be used when judging the contest. I have also said for the few who want to go on beyond here I can add more challenges and treat it as a new rpg with your same characters. And my comment about the Monastery group is that you could probably finish by the end point but only if you move a bit faster now, if you were a long way behind it would not be possible at all. It is not essential by any means as getting to the end is not a requirement of the comp.

I must take my hat off to you, Malchik. I really don't know how you kept up with all the threads. I have enough trouble with one thread.
As for continuing, that would be great

, but I have found that my other commitments (read life) make it impossible to devote as much time as is nessecary to this enterprise

Anyway, happy gaming to the rest of you lucky dogs who can shirk work enough to do this game justice

And on that note, Malchik, [size=5]WOW[size=1] You did all this from work? Amazing, simply amazing.
Later, hope you don't cry too much when you don't win

Ok Malchik, I think I speak for everyone in our group, when I say that was awesome.
When are you going to start a new thread? Something along the same lines as the competition, but without the time limit.
Rules
1) Predefine your character according to the Morrowind game, let’s say a level 10 player.
2) If you’re playing, you have to post once every 48 hours or you are penalized.
Etc.
I’m in!
Where do I sign up?
Please message or email me, if you do...........................................................

Suck ups!
Just kidding. Really, Malchik, you let us all have a great time. I have no idea how you could possibly keep up with every thread, but I'm glad you did.
My congratulations to whoever gets a free copy of Oblivion

I'm also here to congradulate Malchik, you were awesome!
If anyone from the Burning Tower group wishes to continue, Aldhelm will gladly accompany you. It would be nice to post at a little slower rate since I have been really busy college shopping lately.

I think that Malchik deserves a big admiration from me. I encountered many problems with trying to keep the trace of plot only in posts necessary for me. It was really exciting, but enourmosly triring, almost impossible. I cannot imagine how did Malchik managed to read everything in every thread.
So Malchik: "Thank you."
P.S. I will be very happy if our group don't decay. I think that we made extremely nice company to let it be forgotten.
