In most role plays there is no deadline and players get used to waiting 24 hours between posts to let everyone post and debate. In this case there are three and a quarter days left. Although it is not democratic each group should agree a minimum number to make decisions - I suggest 3 rather than waiting for consensus. Any three can then move the rp along. But it is up to you in the end.
