My buddy recently lent me his Battlefield 2 to play...and I was wondering if there is a limited number of online accounts you can create per CD key... I don't want to make an account, only to find out I made it so my friend can't make one later...

Dont think so, there are some people around with 4 accounts prob using the same CD Key.

its 1 acc per email cd key has nothen 2 do with makin accs in thsi game i got 4 accs and i use the same cd key
