OOC> Would all new arrivals please tell their stories to either the Paladins in the camp, the barkeeps in the Drunken Alit or the ghosts in the abbey. This back story is an important part of how the winner will be judged. It does not matter if you have not done it yet there is plenty of time to add it.

RPG UPDATE 6

As promised the leaders are ready to equip any who need it. The types of item available depends on which leader you have approached. Fygge has armour and weapons of fair quality but not magical. Fairgoth has light armour, capes, small arms, bows and arrows and two kinds of potion - healing and poison. Esquisite has scrolls (including scrolls of recharge item), potions and staffs. You can also get one item enchanted but not to an uber level.

Supplies are limited so you will have little choice in what you get. Ask for generic items e.g. medium armour cuirass, or invisibility potion and you will get the best available to the leader. As the items are not on display you will simply have to take what you are given.

All weapons and armour you own can be repaired before you start as long as you ask. New weapons and armour will be assumed to start fully repaired and charged if magical.

The leaders request you to present yourselves when finally equipped and ready as your group. The maximium number in the group is 4. If you have too many they must move to another group. If there is anyone left over don't worry, you will be carefully selected to join one of the groups starting from another location.

The leaders also say this:

"Unfortunately our skill at teleportation will place certain limitations on what you can take. No more than two weapons (or sets of weapons such as arrows) per person. If you have more you must leave them behind. Also all magic items must be declared or the teleportation will render them useless. As it is, the process will mean that the maximum number of charges in any item is six."
