Rivet City Loft Apartment

Loft/Studio style apartment located in Rivet City with everything a wastelander needs.

No new textures or meshes but the posters are my personal stash. Any bugs or snags? Let me know.

Haha nah the posters replace all the posters in the game and I didnt know if people would want naked girls all over their walls so I left it alone

i love it very nice player home lots of storage and very eye pleasing. u should look into making a version with the posters jst inside the place tho.im sure u culd work it out and make a non adult and adult version only problems i had was some of the metal cabinets are hard to open u have to crouch down otherwise the option to open doesnt show. i dont know if its my system or not but i havent had the problem before on other player homes. not a hug issue. hahaha and i advice against shooting the vertibird IT BLOWS UP THE ENTIRE HOUSE KILLING U INSTANTLY! but hilarious non the less. Hahaha I've never shot the vertibird but Im gonna do it just to try it now! Yeah on the Head Gear and Body Gear lockers you have to click the bottom of them you dont have to crouch, just look at the very bottom of it...i think it's due to the collison on the odd angle of how the lockers are setup but I made sure they worked. I tried to make it very eye pleasing and a place to just relax after killin some raiders and mutants!

off topic but is there any mod around that makes the tv's in game show some kind of short movie or jst some images on slide. im sick of the dull blank screens. ive searched around. but ur mod with a working tv would be awesome. considering its size and all

Yeah actually in the Point Lookout DLC there is a security camera tv that is on a sort of slide and I use it in another mod im working on. But it requires that DLC to work and it doesnt look bad either...I'm sure someone will make one where it plays the bik file movies and you can choose which it plays. There is already one mod...i think Seward Sqr Broadway Cinema that plays vids,its a good mod you should check it out maybe get some ideas

I'am trying to add light switches and such but scripting is giving me a headache :/ I also plan to add custom textures and meshes for clutter items later.

Not bad for a first time. Posters look nifty. Perhaps as an optional replacer pack?

Oh, and here's a thought, it's a loft apartment- how about sticking it up in Rivet City's conning tower? That'd be awesome, especially if you add a porch onto the top deck or some such.

Yeah i think I will upload a poster pack similar to ryz866's mod. I also thought about putting it up higher in the tower/stairwell, but It would take more hassle walking up all those steps so I kept it simple...I love the idea of a deck or patio up there...I think i will implement one in a sort of expansion to the main file. No sorter because I don't know how to script/reference those yet...I will learn how to soon tho and thanks for the input.
