Erm, no, rather not. What you see on that screenshot is more probably the nice and shiny, next generation, bump and normal mapped version of your average undead/zombie.
By the way, how would one get the idea that there was corprus at all in Oblivion? Cyrodiil is a good deal away from Vvardenfell, and that is the region to which corprus is geographically restricted.

M'Aqui thinks you have been mistaken. Corprus is a desease that is only about Vvardenfell, and the mages who have studied the Corprus (although M'Aqui has never heard of any) are all probally in Morrowind somewhere.

Killians5 isnt the one who said it......i was just simply trying to post a screenshot because 2 or 3 people were talking about the possibility of corpus existing because of other mages (or maybe necromancers) studying the disease, it was simply an observation which i was told the screenshot is of a zombie anyways....Again i didnt say that i thought corpus was in oblivion it just struck me as a possibility once i saw the screenshot and remembered the post.

The screenshot is definetly not corprus. The disfigurement in corprus is due to the victim picking off its skin, for the sole purpose of allowing new muscle and new skin to grow in its place.
The creature in the screenshot is a hardcore zombie. Nothing new has grown, and, far from picking off skin to allow its muscles to grow, it's fast on its way to becoming a skeleton.

Since you posted this in the Lore forum, I'll give you a lore answer:
Corprus disease is the result of a mortal being subjected to divine power. It's thus not a "disease" per se, it's the mortal's physical and mental reaction to divine energy being poured into it.
Physically, the divine power mutates the body uncontrollably. Mentally, the mind is totally overcome and goes insane. Simply put, mortals do not recieve divine power well.
The divine power has a source, called the Heart Of Lorkhan. The heart's power is being channeled out by an entity known as Voryn Dagoth, more commonly reffered to as "Dagoth Ur".
Dagoth Ur, the Ash Vampires, and the Tribunal have also recieved the hearts power, the difference being that they recieved it in normal amounts, meaning that they ascend to godhood normally (or in the case of the Ash Vampires, they become more powerful). They do not mutate and go insane like the corprus beasts, Though Dagoth Ur appears to have done both.
When the Nerevarine attacked the heart and Dagoth Ur, the heart was freed of it's enchantments and fled the heart chamber. Dagoth Ur was destroyed without it. This means that the heart is no longer having it's divine power channeled out by him, for those two reasons.
Therefore: No more mortals are recieving corprus disease. Thus, there CANNOT be any corprus in Oblivion. Any corprus beasts that were not inside Fyr's dungeons would have been killed systematically, and none of them can swim, so none would be able to get off of Vvardenfell.
