Can somebody please make me a hooded cloak mesh and a red cape/black cape mesh. It would really help me with my mod as I can't mesh make or icon make. I cannot afford or use the proper tools.

I think you will find they are already available in the Cloak and Dagger mod. You can ask the issuer of that mod for permission to use them.
