I havent played for some time and have uninstalled the game way back also. Im tring to find a mod that is used in Seyda Neen i think. It adds a bunch of gear in a tower on the edge of town. Really powerfull items with powers like super jump, also strong weapons and armor. Been a few years so i dont remeber the name of the mod, but even after hours of searching i cant seem to find it. Could use some help if anyone has an idea where it is or what its called.

There is a mod called 'travel essentials' that has a few uber items near Seyda Neen but in a cave not a tower. If you want to distort the game however you can do it just as easily using console commands.

No it is in the tower. It removed the person that lives there, then adds a set of armor, rings, swords that are pretty strong. On the outside it setup a training dummy, arrow target, and some tables with potions on them. Also some loot to sell was inside the tower.
