Apparently this is v1.46 of Intelligentsia's Marksman mod, which went down with the Wizard's Islands site. Apparently it fixes a number of problems that appeared in the previous version. The readme says 1.45, but I'd take that with a grain of salt. Extracts by default to a subfolder.
