I have the Tribunal loaded up in my system, and whenever I leave the Fighters Guild, I get several messages that say my argonian files are missing. I have searched for them but cannot find any files in the textures or meshes. I dont know what happened, but would like to get them back. How do I do this?

You could try reinstalling Morrowind

Or you could try loading up your TES CS CD. Go to Data Files on the CD, and then copy over the contents of the Meshes and Textures folders into your Data Files (C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Data Files by default). That should hopefully fix the problem.

I have reloaded Morrowind, Better Bodies, and still have the problem. I have several other mods, but they dont seem to be related to such a problem. Should I just find the INI file and set that for accept? It seems that the files no longer exist. I am still learning to use the Tes Construction Set, so I cannot create them myself as of yet. Anymore ideas?

Do you get the error when you load your other mods without Better Bodies?

Now... you took BB out... it seems the models were over-written or perhaps deleted by your comp or heck... maybe the bsa is corrupted (not sure how though... jus' throwin' out ideas

)... anyways... if you look in BB or Better Bodies folder (I think) you should probably redirect all the meshes and texes towards BB seen as how the originals are missing... or jus' like pekka51 said... reinstall Morrowind.
