Mod name: Constance's Amulet

Mod description: This adds an amulet called Amulet of Arrows to Ald-ruhn, Llether Vari: Enchanter. The amulet will auto-equip steel arrows to the companion Constance (made by Emma and Grumpy) when you wear it. This only works when you wear it. Do not give it to Constance.
