I recently tried to run this Mod made by a guy called Madmax. It lets you buy, sell, ride, breed, and train horses. Now, something's really wrong about this, I think it's just me doing something stupid, though. so I'm asking for help.
When I load the mod, at this ranch south of Vos, it gives a bunch of messages talking about missing scripts, there's a guy on an invisible horse -or rather, he's riding a saddle that's wearing shoes-, the stat menues that you need to have in order to buy a horse don't show up, and something about a foal...
I have a few theories that could answer this problem of mine;
1. I vulked up the files somehow.
2. the missing scripts/files were not included in the .rar file.
3. black magic.

Any help would be appreciated.
Also, since I'm making a help thread anyway, are there any Mods that contain guns? you know, like cap and ball revolvers and whatnot?

The mod was not one that I was all that interested in because I never wanted to ride horses but I certainly had no problems in downloading and playing it. I don't think the problem is with the file you downloaded. Are you experienced with downloading mods? It is very easy to screw up. If you have no great expertise you may well have fallen into the trap of believing readmes that tell you the files automatically get placed correctly when you unpack the mod. This is not true! There are other threads on this or PM me and I will talk you through it. If you know all this then I do not know where the problem has arisen.

Well, I basically just unzipped the files from the folders they were placed in to the corrisponding files(.rarfolder/data/meshes to Morowind/data/meshes, ect.) haven't had any prolems with most of the other mods i downloaded.
also, about that gun thing....

Look for a mod called Snakebitten's Lair on Morrowind Summit. It has old school guns in it.
