Sorry, despite rumours to the contrary, it is not possible.

There is a Mod called a The GOD Mod. I think I saw it at fileplanet. Give it a shot if you want I don't know how good it is.

It's nice. I've tryed it. You have to get a third item called aurora. You get it in a daedric tomb full of traps (real traps, not those stupid things the doors have) And with that you can become a god.

You won't be immortal, but you will gain a big boost to your health, magicka and skills. You will also receive a few items like a portable diamond mine which gives you diamonds every week, and a god's mortar and pestle. I think you could chose the type of boost you want, like in only fighting or stealth boost, or a magical boost. I'm not sure if it was like that so you should find that out yourself. There is also a small quest to get rid of your god powers, if you get bored of them.

The daedric tomb is just worth going through, even if you don't want to be immortal.
