I play on a PC. When I first installed Tribunal, I was playing with a high-level character. Two (or three?) of the Dark Brotherhood assassins would burst through the door everytime I slept in a city. They suprised me the first time and killed my character with their ebony darts and Daedric tantos. Hrolf had to learn to sleep in full armor after that. laugh.gif
My current character is level 5 and she has already been attacked three times.
If your problem was happening to me on my PC, I would think that Tribunal hadn't been installed or that the Tribunal.esm master file wasn't selected in the data files setup screen. I don't know about xbox differences.

I am a little confused by the last comment 'I don't even know if I got attacked'. You should be able to establish that from your journal. The sequence of events after an attack (giving a journal update) is talk to any guard, see a guy in Ebonheart and be referred to a mage inside the building. If you are not sure try talking with a guard, then the guy at Ebonheart in Adamantium armour and finally with the mage inside the building (in that order). (If either of the latter two is not there, Tribunal cannot be on your game.)

If that fails I am not sure what to suggest. Some say that you can get to Mournhold Temple by casting Almsivi Intervention from the Council Hall in Ebonheart. It has never worked like that for me - I go to Vivec Temple - so I doubt if it is true.

I know several PC cheats but have no clue about the xbox version.

If you never have been attacked, and are quite sure that you never will be attacked, then the only option is to use a modification. If your console is chipped, then it's possible, but probably not worth the effort in face of the more obvious solution of trying this with a different charachter.

omg thank u moderator i looked through the 148 pages in my journal and seen that some1 attacked me and i should report it to a guard. lol... im level 32 and didnt do the first quest smile.gif thank all of u so much for ur help.

morrowind = life

umm ok 1 m ore question. i talked to a guard and he told me to speak to APELLAS MATIUS in ebonheart wich part of ebon is he in? dry.gif
Malchik
I think you can ask any guard in Ebonheart for directions but anyway he's a guy dressed in Adamantiun armour and he hangs around on the walls outside the council chamber as you go in.

BTW unless I mistake the first attack triggers a quest in the journal 'Dark Brother Hood attacks' or some such. Highlighting that would have been quicker than reading through the whole journal. However I may be wrong about the quest starting then. So long ago......

No one can answer these questions like you Malchik. Good to see you back. I was beginning to wonder if you had over bah-ed your humbug this holiday season. smile.gif
