umm i really need to know how to add meshes and body parts and stuff to a new race...
i also would love to know a 3d modelling program that is a free download so i can make mods and stuff for new races.
I also need to know how i add these files to the morrowind construction set.

Well, there are a lot of threads on this sort of thing already - a general forum search might help (always good to do before you start a new thread). Blender seems to be the main free nif exportable modelling program, but as modellers will tell you, it takes months upon months of learning.

Yeah, If you want to go a step further, you can always raise thousands of pounds and buy 3dsMax, Like I did...

But if you're skint, yeah, you're better off with Blender, or milkshape.
