Really, at least put some effort into looking for the information yourself before you make posts begging for it. You could write entire books on using the construction set, there's no way anyone can give you the answers you need unless you have a more specific question.

check out tamriel rebuilt for a bunch of tutorials to get you started. especially take note of Dragonsongs First/Second room tutorials to familiarize yourself with the editor.

and yes, rather than registering just to ask for help, google is an excellent way of finding the information you want.
