Is it possible to copy exterior cells?
For example, if I want to copy cell 0, 0 to 0, 5, how do I do that, if it is possible using TES CS...
Landscape, textures and colors I mean.

And if it's not possible with TES CS, is there other program to copy exterior cells?

If someone knows how to do that, I'm very thankful.

It's not possible. But there may be programs out there that make it possible, I don't know...
