I am goin to delete all NPCs from Vvardenfell. Is it possible to delete all NPCs from the World at same time? If I delete NPCs one by one, It is never done...
And is it possible to delete all NPCs from NPC list? I don't mean that trick that I press delete and "D" appears... I want to clear NPC list for good.
Please help me, anybody!

Eh... Why do you wan't to do that???
Anyway, if you really wan't to do this, you have to create a mod that deletes everyone, and therefore, you have to use the construction set.

Okay, and how do I do that?

Why, exactly, do you need to do this? I ask because there may be an easier way than cooking up a C program that goes through all the plugins and fetches NPC references, then writes them off as deleted in a new ESP, which is the only thing that comes to mind at the moment.

It would be easier to just load every mod in the editor, and then delete all the npcs, save the file as "NONPC.esp" or something, and then start morrowind with your new total-anhialation-npc-mod.

Are you seriously suggesting that he load up every single plugin that he has in the CS, then go through every single cell, look for NPCs, and just delete the references as he sees them?

Probably as a base for replacing them with his own. Either that or he has a really strange idea of what makes a good rpg.

Seeing as every one else has just questioned you, i'll try to help.
1) Load up the editor
2) go to "file" then "data files" then double click on morrowind, and any other expansion packs if you have them
3) click on the "NPCs" tab in the items window (on the left)
4) click on the top NPC, now scroll down to the bottom, hold shift and click on the last NPC
5) push the delete button (right next to the enter button)
6) put a paper weight on the spacebar, go have lunch, read the newspaper, walk the dog, then come back and save the file as "NONPC.esp" or whatever.

you want them gone gone?
convert the morrowind esm to an esp
there are many tools to do this with
do the above (deleate them all then save (i recoment save as somthing else))
reload it in the construction set
exit again
no d's they are all just gone
convert it back to an esm
wonder why you cant get through char gen becouse certain scripting conditions can never be met withought some npc's

Yeah, OK, that's easy.
1) Delete all the NPC's. The "D" will appear.
2) Save the plugin and exit.
3) Re-load the plugin.
4) They'll all be gone.

You can just select the npc in the npc list, click on info and see in what cell they are. So you don't have to go in every cell and look in every corner to see if there is a npc in it. But even then, MANY cells got npcs, soooo many... so many.... That'l take a while.

You don't have to delete all the references one by one, just the npc in the list.
