:blink: I have been playing Morrowind for some time know and have added some mods and races and i would like to make my own mods,races etc but dont know what programes to use or where to get them somebody please help me!!

use the editor. you can find in the
C:\programfiles\bethesda
you should find it there

The installer even creates a shortcut in the Bethesda Softworks folder of your programmes menu (->available via taskbar, err.. needless to say, isn't it ;P )
