What are the chanes of them being alowed to make the middle earth mod for oblivon???

One would assume that people would read all the posted threads concerning MEmod before asking such a question. Must not have gotten the memo...
I am hoping that one of the memod devs will kindly come along and lock this, if not I will ask Dark0ne to do it.

Don't know whether I count as a 'kind' memod dev, but I'm here now, anyway. 
haldir26, the legal situation with regard to the Middle-earth copyrights is completely unaffected by the release of Oblivion, and while said legal situation remains unchanged, there cannot be a MEMod for Morrowind, Oblivion, or whatever comes after.
